On 7 February 2025, Orens Capital welcomed the Year of the Snake with an exclusive Lunar New Year Luncheon. More than a celebration, the event was an opportunity to reflect on our collective journey, honour traditions, and strengthen the deep-rooted partnerships that drive long-term success.
Honouring Tradition, Embracing Prosperity
In tradition, success comes from foresight, adaptability, and resilience—qualities the Snake represents in the Chinese zodiac. As we enter 2025, Orens Capital stays true to these values, helping our capital partners succeed in an ever-changing financial world.
Our luncheon began with a Baijiu toast, as founder and director Jimmy Zhang warmly introduced each partner. More than a drink, Baijiu symbolises connection and trust, reflecting Orens Capital’s celebration of another successful year.
A special highlight was the signing of 福 (fú), a symbol of prosperity and fortune in Chinese culture. Guests used golden ink to add their names to a shared artwork and received a keepsake 福, representing trust, unity, and shared success.
