Steady quarterly distributions to-date since inception: Creamery Delta Fund update for September 2024

Since its inception in August 2023, the Creamery Delta Fund, managed by Orens Capital, has consistently operated on a quarterly cycle, achieving an average quarterly return of net 3.8% for the period Sep 23 to Jun 24.*

 

Based on the latest CoreLogic data, the Australian real estate market has shown resilience with housing values rising by 0.4% during September, marking the 20th consecutive month of growth. The median value of housing nationally now stands at approximately $807,110. This consistent growth is indicative of the strong demand seen in the housing market, even amidst broader economic uncertainties. The immediate outlook for housing markets is for further growth in housing values at the macro level. Upside factors for housing conditions include improving sentiment amid a slowdown in inflation, tight labour markets and a consensus that the next move in interest rates will be cut.
