Orens Capital’s Clyde North Echo Fund completed its first capital raise

We are excited to announce that Orens Capital’s Clyde North Echo Fund (“Fund”) completed its first capital raise.
The Fund is invested in a 109-residential allotment land subdivision project in Melbourne’s southeast, within the Urban Growth Zone (UGZ). This prime 7-hectare infill residential development is now at its final stage of authority approval, with marketing and civil works set to commence in February 2025.
Project Highlights:
- Strategic Location: Situated approximately 46 km southeast of Melbourne CBD, within Clyde North, a rapidly growing pocket of the City of Casey LGA.
- Urban Growth Zoning: Positioned to benefit from the significant infrastructure investment made by some of Australia’s largest residential developers including Stockland, Mirvac, Brown Property Group, Frasers, and Balcon.
- Prime Infill Development Opportunity: Adjoining major flagship residential communities currently under development by Balcon (Orana Estate) and Stockland (Evergreen Estate).
- Future Connectivity: Close to the future Bells Road extension onto the Princes Freeway, enhancing connectivity and accessibility.
