The Fund finances Infrastructure Contribution Plan (ICP) expenditure on an unsecured basis. Orens Capital has deep expertise in land subdivision risk and value drivers, and the ICP expenditure is fully reimbursable by the relevant council. The project demonstrates strong cash flow to support timely repayment, with additional credit support provided through company and director personal guarantees.
